Garden Planner - Answers to common problems
Problem: I've lost my license key and I need to re-install Garden Planner Answer: Don't panic - we can look it up for you. Just use the contact form (or send an email). Please include your full name and if possible the email address you used when your purchased Garden Planner.
Answer: Click on the category name at the top of the objects panel. It will show a list of different plant categories.
Problem: I can't get the drawing tools to work? - sometimes the drawing tools draw lines sometimes it wont let me draw. Answer: The drawing tools work differently depending on whether you a drawing straight lines or curved lines. For straight lines The curved

Answer: This occurs if you are using Windows Vista and an older version of garden planner. Please download the latest version of garden planner from here Problem: I am working on a large plan and find that drawing fences and/or placing trees wont work.. Answer: This can occur if you are using an older version of garden planner. You need at least version 2.4d (you can find the version number by choosing About Garden Planner from the help manual) Please download the latest version of garden planner from here
